This home offers ground-level entry (just a couple of stairs to navigate) with lock-box check-in. You'll walk into a spacious family room that provides a nice place to relax, with a large sectional sofa and Google Smart TV. If you're looking for entertainment, a game room sits right off the family room—featuring a ping pong table, futon couch, large wall games, dominoes table, board games, and more. The fully-stocked kitchen offers full size appliances, dinnerware, cookware, a coffee maker, a variety of small appliances, and more. The dining room accommodates 12, with a door leading to the covered patio. A full bathroom and fully equipped laundry room and supply closet are just beyond the dining room and dedicated workspace. The first floor bedroom offers two queen size beds, a large closet, and an oversized comfy chair, with a second main floor full bath nearby.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms and a large full bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs bedroom #1 offers a king size bed, bench, large closet, and sliding door leading to the covered wraparound balcony. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a king size bed, large closet, and wing-back recliner. Bedroom #3 includes two queen size beds, a chair, and dresser with a hanging rod for clothes. A door at the end of the hallway provides access to the balcony as well.

Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. A ceiling fan, blackout/noise reducing curtains, frosted glass windows with screens, a remote controlled a/c unit, comfortable bedding, multiple pillows, bed bug-proof mattress and pillow protectors, upgraded pillow-top mattresses with additional foam toppers, and more have been thoughtfully chosen. Each bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and washcloths, and bathroom amenities are included. Two solar powered water heaters will come in handy as well so you will never run out of hot water.

If you're bringing little ones with you, rest assured we've got you covered. With a high chair, pack n play, stroller, safety gear, kids' dinnerware, and more, you can travel light.

One of the best things about this home has to be the backyard. The large private pool has a depth of 8 feet with a water feature at the deep end. The covered patio on the back of the house offers a great outdoor dining area. The adjacent sun deck with lounge chairs is the perfect place to relax. A fun gazebo, with benches lining the perimeter, contains a fire pit and barbecue grill. The three hole putting green, badminton/volleyball net, corn hole, pool basketball standard, and tetherball—along with hammocks on the balcony—will keep you entertained for hours, and the lush landscaping and gorgeous palm trees will make for some great photo ops.

I lived in Puerto Rico for a few years from age 19-21 and traveled all around the island. Since then, I have vacationed here with my family many times and have always dreamed of owning a home in this tropical paradise.

Tropic Like It's Hot is that dream come true. We chose this home because of it's central location to everything from El Yunque, Luquillo and Fajardo beaches, proximity to the airport, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. It's also a quick trip into San Juan or to the Ceiba ferry port to explore Vieques or Culebra.

The house went through a complete remodel after we bought it in 2022, essentially stripping it down to cinder blocks and renovating everything. We put a lot of love and care into this home to make it a place for families and friends to create lifelong memories together. We love relaxing by the pool, hanging out on the balcony, and playing family games together.
